What the real terms need to cover

At minimum: scope of the service, the refund conditions stated on the pricing section, turnaround commitments and what happens if they slip, limitation of liability, confidentiality, and the explicit statement that Clairn does not issue audit opinions or attestations. The scope section on the home page and these terms must agree word for word on what is and is not included.
